Requirements
- Experience in Industry Supply is an advantage.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed
Responsibilities
- Attend weekly sales meetings (every Monday) to update on market requirements and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and sales service to existing clients.
- Develop new products and explore new client opportunities.
- Build and manage a pool of clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payment collection from customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Communicate clearly customer requirements to relevant departments.
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, including customer visits, exploring new business potentials, and providing feedback on customer performance.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
