Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Forklift Operator di Mission Foods (M) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

To ensure all products are loaded and organized into the respecting loading and storage area within the set time frame.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)       To operate forklifts or other hand truck to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.

2)       Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working of forklift equipment.

3)       Receiving, Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets. Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods. Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.

4)       Responsible for ensuring all quantity received from suppliers or production are tallied with Delivery Order or Pallet Tag and cleared with approval from QC.

5)       Responsible to issue materials for production according to store issue note and to check all delivery quantity following PO and DO.

6)       Organizing and securing all types of stored Raw Materials and Finish Goods.

7)       Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.

8)       Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.

9)       Weighing products or materials and recording weight and further production information on labels and tags.

10)   Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, and colleagues regarding unloading and loading operations.

11)   Wrapping material loads with a wrapper and making clean the warehouse premises all the time.

12)   Performing cycle counts as required (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)

13)   Adhere to quality and service standards set forth by the company

14)   Performing other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor.

15)   Responsible for ensuring the safety of all staff within the facility when operating the forklift.

16)   Responsible for wearing the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by employer

17)   Perform all instructions related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).

18)   Cooperate & collaborate on the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1.       Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Store management / Logistics (With training certificate from competent certification from NIOSH or relevant authority.  

2.      Excellent teamwork skills.

3.      Ability to read labels and numbers.

4.      Ability to add, subtract, and multiply.

5.      Good physical health.

6.      Able to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor.

7.      Ability to stand for a long time and work in humid and cold conditions.

8.      Able to work in shift

9.      Experience over 4-5 years in various dealing with warehousing and distribution, preferably in manufacturing logistics.

10. Valid forklift license or training on forklift safe operational will be an added advantage
