Full Time Senior CNC Machining Chief Programmer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in P&C Melaka - Maukerja

1. Maintain the use of CNC machines and also the order of events so that the design is meeting the specification.

2. Create programs per company job processes and customer specifications.

3. Generate QCC’s and set-up sheets.

4. Maintain and update CAM software.

5. Insure that the proper staff is fully trained regarding CAM software, including Cam works, and Esprit.

6. Strong reading and interpretation of drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

7. Self-motivated and operation of complex jobs, CAM Program on various CNC machines including Turning Centers with 2, 4 and multi axis, sub-spindle, live tooling, CNC Milling Centers with 3, 4and 5 Axis machines.

8. Follow through tool fabrication from cost and delivery date estimation, to final assembly, tryout, inspection, and release to customer.

9. Work closely with all engineering groups to increase part manufacturing ability and processes.

10. Will machine dies, and fixture components from verbal instructions, blueprints, sketches, or CAD database, with minimal supervision.

11. Ability to set up program and operate CNC Milling machines and various machining equipment.

12. Reproduce parts by measuring, sketching, drawing, and selecting appropriate processes and materials.

13. Select proper tooling, edit programs and adjust speeds and feeds to optimize and achieve production plans.

14. Inspect and verify parts by using a variety of inspection equipment and methods.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
