Full Time Project Executive (Healthcare) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Alpro Pharmacy Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute assigned projects (including health campaigns, lab operations, screening events, and digital initiatives) in alignment with department goals and timelines.
• Coordinate project logistics and operations such as scheduling events, arranging resources, and dispatching materials to outlets and partners.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (HQ teams, outlet PICs, labs, marketers, vendors) to ensure smooth execution and timely communication.
• Assist in content development and marketing execution for public outreach (e.g. social media posts, WhatsApp broadcasts, digital materials).
• Monitor project performance and collect data to prepare weekly and monthly reports covering KPIs, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support quality and compliance requirements by ensuring all operational procedures adhere to Alpro standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical or clinical coordination support (for projects involving phlebotomy, lab operations, or health screenings) to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Facilitate communication between HQ and outlets through email, meetings, and WhatsApp groups to align campaign execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training preparation and knowledge sharing by drafting guides, FAQs, and presentation slides for frontliners or partners.
• Review project outcomes with superior and participate in planning continuous improvement actions for future campaigns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of communications, approvals, and event reports in line with PPM JD policy and audit requirements.
• Support cross-project assignments including marketing collaborations, data analysis, and outlet support when needed.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or other relevant fields.
