Responsibilites

Proficiency in using MASTERCAM Software, for milling using 3 axis programming

• Reading and interpretation of drawings, and technical instructions.
• To work to tight tolerances and check your own work.
• Provide/create and maintain CNC programs and CNC setup sheet for milling using (Fanuc) controllers
• Provide operations support for CNC setup and machining processes.
• Select, Align, and secure holding fixture attachments, accessories and material on milling machines.
• Inspect and verify parts by using precision gages, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators.
• Work in a productive and efficient manner and provide ideas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Team Leader and CNC programing
• Must have CNC Programming skill using Mastercam program.
• 2D &3D models and producing parts on CNC machines.
• Full knowledge of MASTERCAM, CAD/CAM, and knowledge Of FANUC control.
• Able to do design jig & fixture as an added advantage

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
