Full Time Teacher Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Funscape Daycare Centre Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Experience working with children aged 1.5–3 years old is preferred

• KAP Certified / Willing to take

• Knowledge with Inquiry Based Learning

• Passionate about working with young children

• Patient, nurturing, and responsible personality

• Able to communicate professionally with parents and colleagues

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Good classroom management and organisational skills

• Willing to plan and conduct hands-on, play-based learning activities

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced childcare environment

• Basic English communication skills required (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)

• First Aid certification is an advantage

Teaching & Learning

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences

• Conduct daily circle time, sensory play, messy play, music and movement activities

• Support children’s language, social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Observe and document children’s learning and development

• Adapt teaching strategies according to individual children’s needs and abilities

• Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Classroom Management & Care

• Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and hygiene at all times

• Support children with routines such as meals, toileting, nap time, and transitions

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the classroom environment

• Prepare learning materials and classroom setups daily

• Follow centre routines, policies, and health & safety procedures

Communication & Teamwork

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and colleagues

• Provide updates regarding children’s progress, wellbeing, and classroom participation

• Work collaboratively with teachers, assistants, and management

• Attend meetings, training sessions, and centre events when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Experience working with toddlers aged 1.5–3 years old is preferred

• Passionate, patient, caring, and responsible

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and classroom management skills

• Creative and willing to learn
