Manage and train a team of up to 10-15 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee inventory management, including stocktaking, ordering, and minimizing stock discrepancies.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.

Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve store targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the store premises.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

Collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.

Supervise and guide a team of 10-15 retail associates to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stocktakes to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
