Kelayakan

  • Basic knowledge of automotive products such as tyres, lubricants, batteries, and workshop services will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.

  • Sales-oriented with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced workshop or retail environment and coordinate with technicians and team members.

  • Basic computer skills for handling POS systems, quotations, and job sheet entries.

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to follow company SOPs, safety, and service standards.

Tanggungjawab

Customer Service & Advisory

  • Attend to customer inquiries at the counter or phone.

  • Advise customers on tyres, services, repairs, and recommended maintenance.

  • Provide quotations and explain product/service options in a clear, professional manner.

  • Support complaint resolution and escalate issues when required.

Sales Generation & Upselling

  • Promote tyres, lubricants, batteries, and workshop services to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

(Supervisors “actively pursue sales opportunities” — a core element that also applies to Sales Advisors.)

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

    (Aligned with Store Manager role involving marketing initiatives —)

Front Counter Operations

  • Prepare job sheets, invoices, and POS system entries.

  • Coordinate with workshop team to ensure timely job completion.

    (Based on coordination duties under operational support —)

  • Update customers on job status and completion timelines.

Workshop Coordination

  • Relay customer requirements accurately to technicians.

  • Ensure smooth workflow between sales counter and workshop floor.

  • Verify that completed jobs meet the requested scope before customer handover.

Inventory & Product Knowledge

  • Monitor counter-level stock (tyres, lubricants, accessories) and report low stock levels.

    (Derived from stock monitoring responsibilities —)

  • Maintain strong product knowledge of tyre brands, service packages, and warranty terms.

ISO, SOP & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all customer interactions, job sheets, and documentation follow ISO9001 procedures.

  • Support safety and cleanliness standards at the customer area and counter.
