We are looking for a Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, marketing, and turning creative ideas into real business results. We are looking for someone who keeps up with the latest trends and enjoys creating engaging content.

This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek.

Key Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related fields.

• Candidates from other fields are welcome if creative and proactive.

• Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required.

• Familiar with content tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Familiarity with AI tools for graphics or video creation is a bonus.

• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills (English required; Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu is a plus).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media.

• Manage and grow our social media channels.

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

• Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.

• Experiment with new content formats and trends to increase engagement and reach.

• Capture on-site photos and videos for content creation.

• Stay updated with the latest digital and social media trends.

Marketing:

• Monitor content performance metrics, analyze engagement, and provide insights for improvement.

• Monitor competitor content and industry trends to inform content strategy and identify opportunities.

• Support other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
