Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in A Glass Selangor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software, Microsoft Office, CAD file, access

Tasks include –

Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications;

Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials.

Preparing tenders and contract bids; taking off quantities, preparing bills of quantity. and meet the required time.

Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites.

Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety;

Arranging submission of plans to local authorities;

Building under contract, or subcontracting specialized building services;

Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities;

Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;

Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff and subcontractors.
