Minimum Diploma qualification in related field.

Work in Steel, Fabrication, Engineering or any related company before.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and responsible.

Good time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in spoken and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese will be added advantage.

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors, building strong relationships and managing ongoing performance.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and favourable
terms for the company.

Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery of
goods and services.

Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and prevent stock shortages or overstock situation.

Conduct cost analysis, monitor market trends, and generate reports on purchasing activities, savings, and supplier performance for management review.

Ensure all procured goods and services meet the required quality standards and comply with company policies
and relevant local regulations.

Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery records, resolving discrepancies in cooperation with the finance department.
