Full Time Restaurant Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in JOLLIBEE Selangor - Maukerja

Location: Jollibee PKNS Shah Alam

We are seeking full-time/part time team members with prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages with a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.

• Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear information about the menu.

• Front End: Process orders efficiently using the POS system and handle payments via cash register or card terminal, ensuring accuracy and speed when calculating change.

• Kitchen: Prepare menu items including Chickenjoy, Chicken Snacks, Chicken Wraps, Jolly Sausage, Burgers, Side Orders, and Desserts in accordance with established cooking procedures, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.

• Operate kitchen equipment and tools such as ice cream dispensers, utensils, and espresso machines to prepare customized hot and cold beverages based on customer preferences.

• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables and trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils, and ensuring all work areas remain clean and organized.

• Communicate effectively with team members and address workplace concerns professionally.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and professionally, following company policies and service standards.

• Uphold a neat, clean, and professional appearance by wearing the assigned uniform and adhering to grooming guidelines.

• Preparing food and drink.
