• Assess Outpatient medical claims to ensure adherence to policy contracts & guidelines
• Analyse and provide utilisation reports for the corporate clients
• Conduct periodic audit check on Panel Clinics to ensure delivery of appropriate standard of care
• Handle ad-hoc projects in areas of clinical issues
• Work with multi-disciplinary team to provide support
• Maintain the portal inventory items
• This position available for hybrid mode style

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, Pharma-tech or related field.
• At-least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
• Confident, self-motivated, able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Microsoft Office- Excel, Word skill is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
