1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Post jobs and source candidates through platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed & Ricebowl

• Arrange interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Support onboarding and employee confirmation process

2. Employee Engagement & HR Support

• Assist in performance appraisal and employee review process

• Organize team building, company events, celebrations, and staff activities

• Handle employee inquiries and support a positive working environment

• Assist in employee retention and engagement initiatives

• Manage office purchases and basic HR administrative tasks
