What You Will Bring
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably dealing with multinational corporate clients.
Degree/Diploma in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields [Min CGPA 3.20]
Strong commercial insight and active listening skills to identify real needs behind client conversations.
Strong proposal, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of securing deals.
Resilient, persistent, and able to maintain a winning mindset under pressure or rejection.
Relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust and generate repeat and referral business.
Flexible to travel to client locations based on business needs.
Able to work on shift duty (including weekends and public holidays).

What You Will Do
Understand the client’s business priorities and hiring challenges by asking the right questions and listening with intent.
Identify decision-makers, map out the real pain points, and define what success looks like for them.
Propose targeted recruitment solutions that address specific needs and meet agreed timelines.
Manage the full business development cycle: from proposal to follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
