Full Time Electric Motor Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in Maya Engineering Sdn Bhd Telok Panglima Garang - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or relevant technical qualification.

• Experience in motor rewinding, electrical motor repair, and maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read and understand basic electrical diagrams and motor specifications.

• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and hardworking.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Candidates with Foreman experience are encouraged to apply

Motor Dismantling & Inspection

• Disassemble electric motors, pumps, and generators for inspection and repair.

• Diagnose faults such as winding failures, insulation breakdown, and mechanical defects.
  

Motor Rewinding

• Remove damaged windings and prepare stators and rotors for rewinding.

• Rewind motors according to specifications using the correct wire size and winding patterns.

• Perform insulation, varnishing, and curing processes to ensure quality workmanship.
  

Testing & Quality Control

• Conduct electrical testing including insulation resistance, winding resistance, and continuity tests.

• Ensure repaired and rewound motors meet operational and safety standards.

• Perform final testing before delivery to customers.
  

Repair & Maintenance

• Repair and service electric motors, pumps, generators, and related equipment.

• Replace bearings, shafts, seals, and other mechanical components when required.

• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
