Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Building Services, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of project coordination or project management experience.
Experience in lighting industry, lighting design, or lighting projects is preferred.
Knowledge of lighting products, lighting calculations, and project implementation will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage electrical projects from planning to completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project requirements.
Prepare lighting proposals, specifications, and project documentation.
Review lighting layouts, drawings, and technical requirements.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and site installations.
Conduct site visits and attend project meetings when required.
Ensure projects are delivered within timeline and budget.
