Responsibilities
Job Description
The QA Officer / QA Assistant supports the QA Executive in monitoring product quality, verifying inspection results, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the QA Executive in ensuring QC Inspectors’ inspections are performed accurately and meet quality requirements.
Support monitoring of quality issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
Prepare Quality Reports, Validation/Verification Reports, and Test Records.
Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in delivering quality-related training to internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
Support FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) documentation and compliance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the QA Executive.
