Professionally concoct, sell and prepare all varieties of specialty cocktails according to recipes and standards.Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Take guest bar orders and prepare them in appropriate glass ware.Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet at all times.Requisition, stock and rotate all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage related products. Maintain, clean, secure, store all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food and other equipment items.Conduct all bar related training for all restaurant staff.Maintain the restaurant’s bar program with input from the management.Organize and conduct cocktail tasting sessions with the staff as part of efforts to engage and educate the restaurant team. Continuously monitor guest feedback and comments for cocktails and other beverages. Be actively involved in an ongoing dialogue with bar partners, suppliers and equipment vendors. Assist front of house staff where necessary or if not involved in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage duties. Assist front of house staff in taking food orders and keying in to the Point-of-Sale system for the orders to be processed.
