Requirements
- Fresh graduation are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3DsMax or relevant 2D & 3D softwares.
- Passionate, willing to learn, explore new possibilities, proactive, problem solving
- Able to work in a team
- Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Preferably with at least 1-3 years experience in relevant industry
Responsibilities
- Required to generate and build space planning and newly design floor plan & develop the plan design
- Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project; to reflect client's requirement into the design
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
- Source for materials and oversee installing the design elements
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors & clients
- Possible to manage project site until project handover
