Requirements
- Min. education requirement: SPM
- Knowledge of full set account and SQL system
- Able to communicate in good Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- Assist in prepare invoice
- Handle petty cash claim
- Assist in payroll and claims related matters
- Assist in data entry and update of monthly sales report
- Assist in the preparation of regularly reports
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, chq issuance
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- Documentation filling and general paperwork
- Perform general clerical duties including handling email and telephones enquiries
