Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Possess Minimum Education Level Diploma
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer.
- Has strong property related contacts and good networking
- Able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent selling communication, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of the Property industry related is required.
- Must have own transport
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities with agencies, potential clients and to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and build rapport with prospects and clients to enhance after sales service.
- Work closely with Editorial Team to meet visual deadlines
- Prepare a variety of documents such as business proposals, sales reports, contracts.
- Building own client database and prospect
- Develop and customize personal sales strategies and to execute said strategies
- Responsible to maintain personal daily job duties such as follow up, content creation , ads creation, and digital presence
