Requirements
- Good sales experience in the Food and Beverage and/or FMCG industries
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- Effective communication skills, selling skill, possesses Microsoft Office fluency and social media skills, presentation skill, analytical skill, leadership
- Able to explore new business
Responsibilities
- Overseeing sales strategies, sales budget
- Setting sales target and KPI for sales teams
- Guiding, leading and managing all sales executives, activities of the sales teams.
- Working closely with marketing department, finance department and all outlet operations in ensuring delivering tip top services to the consumers/customers
- Building creative sales strategies to increase customers and revenue generation for the business.
- Reviewing sales strategies and ensuring monthly/annually sales results are met
- Conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the senior management
- Identifying and developing new market opportunities for the business
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of consumers, competitors, and market trends
- Proactively participate and contribute in periodic Marketing initiated Bridal Fairs promotional activities
- Focusing on merchandising and dealerships
