Requirements
- Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented and has a right sense of urgency.
- Familiar with computerized accounting systems (Xero) and possess hands-on working attitude.
- Matured personality, team player, and ability to work independently.
- Able to handle highly confidential information.
- Organized, with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Applicants must be Malaysian.
Responsibilities
- Able to prepare full set of balance sheet and P&L.
- Familiar with Accounting Software Solution.
- Able to perform daily reconciliations of GL Accounting and Bank Account Reconciliation.
- Able to perform monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting.
- Process reconciliations of transactions that take place through third-party payment services and banks.
- Regularly liaise with external departments such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Do a full set of company accounts.
