Requirements
- Work in Johor Bahru, Taman Mount Austin office.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
- Experience with SQL software is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Preparing on monthly bank reconciliation, daily petty cash control and general journal.
- Issue invoice and prepare letter to relevant parties.
- Account Payables & Receivables monitoring/ credit control and key in daily transaction.
- Perform daily accounts operations task, including cash flow, banking and finance.
- Ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely and accurate manner.
- Do and maintain proper filing in accts department.
- Preparation of payment vouchers, official receipts and issuing of cheque to suppliers/ refunds to purchasers, arranging for cheque signatories, contact suppliers for cheque collections
