Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred.
- Experience in the Sales field (experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage.)
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
- High proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language with excellent organization and communication skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- On-job training provided.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions.
- Handling new customer leads on daily basic
- To ensure high level and customer satisfaction on our property.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and email.
- To liase with prospect, bankers & solicitor
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Achieve individual target as given follow ranking.
- Working in a group and together achieve the group target.
