Requirements
- Min possess Degree/Diploma/STPM in Accounting and Finance. ACCA/LCCI (partially) is acceptable.
- Minimum have 3 years of relevant working experience (in auditing firm preferred).
- Skilled in MS Office Excel, Word and accounting software QNE, AutoCount, SQL, Sales App.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated, diligent & meticulous at work.
Responsibilities
- To prepare a full set of accounts, and budgeting forecasts and oversee all accounting matters.
- To ensure the completeness of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets or documents for monthly accounts closing by the targeted deadline.
- To ensure Income Statement and Balance Sheet schedules are in place on monthly basis.
- To assist in yearly financial audits and liaise with auditors.
- To set up and maintain a proper filing system of records and documents.
- To prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliations.
- Ad hoc administrative and financial duties as and when required.
