Requirements

  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • Min possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply!
  • Those with minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative tasks will be added advantage
  • Proficient in using  SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as process invoices, payment processing, data entry and managing files
  • Manage accounts payable / receivable
  • Perform accounting data entry, maintain accurate records of transactions, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
