Requirements
- Min possess Diploma or Degrees in finance / account
- Urgent hiring
- With experience in course apply
- Good negotiations and problem solving skill.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and balances in accounting software.
- Generating ageing report and following up on unpaid invoices and past due in accordance with our underlined SOPs.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Performing other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
