Requirements
- Candidates must possess at LCCI/Diploma in Account/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- Only for Mandarin speaker (to work review documents and communicate with HQ which located in China.)
- Language(s) required: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined and responsible.
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multiple task and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application such as words, excel and power point
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and handling full set of accounts
- Submit accounts for auditing
- Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accountancy filling
- Ensuring all accounting system, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
- Liaise with other Departments to complete all month-end and year-end accounts closing
- Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all jobs are done diligently and timely manner
- Able to handle internal audit function
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Other ad-hoc tasks that required assistance to expedite office work flow
