Requirements

Responsibilities
- To handle and respond in all accounts related email including filtering, check, reply and report to manager emails received.
- Perform Data-entry, Documentation, Printing & Filing duties
- Assist in Responsible Preparation of FULL SET Account. AR & AP, General Ledger (GL), Bank and Cash book (CB) / Payment Voucher (PV) / PT Cheque & Cash Flows / Vendor Statement / Bank Reconciliation.
- To perform general and daily administration works & periodic operation reports.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, SQL accounting software.
- Must be able Speak and Read MANDARIN as most our documents are written in MANDARIN.
