Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Prefer candidate that able speak in Mandarin.
- Computer Literacy with MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability in handling full set account is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily book keeping function such as prepare Invoices, inventory, prepare & follow up payments, petty cash, cash flow forecast & etc.
- Assist in closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation and generation of E-statement of accounts customer.
- Ensure all daily collection are recorded correctly.
- Verify validity of account discrepancies.
- Proper general filing and administrative works
- To perform general administration, clerical work and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
