Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, knowledge in Accounting Software is an added advantage. Using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good organisational and time-management abilities.
Valid driving license class D.
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recording.(Prepare management, other financial reports).
Strong accounting background, assist in account transactions, checking, verification, follow-up.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping.
Responsible to make purchase order for site, prepare payment to vendors, and prepare payment for salary, wages, utilities, rental and claim (process payment, prepare payment voucher and issue cheques)
Required to go construction site two weeks once to pass wages for construction worker, collect receipt and bills from site workers. Other than that, you will also need to keep site workers permit record up to date.
Responsible to manage collection base on progressive on site, issues invoice and receipts
Perform monthly closing including bank reconciliation and check creditor monthly statement
Submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB and tax instalment and payment.
Update bonus, incentives and commission for workers.
Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Responsible to manage office and store room, and update machineries and tools record.
Responsible to buy Vitamin and face mask for site workers, and print site attendance record in A4.
Performing general administrative and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or clerical duties as assigned ie bank in cheque, recruitment, update miti application and etc.
Responsible for the full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes agreements, permits, licenses, road tax, insurances, software, maintenance and government related matter etc.
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
