Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in Finance qualification
- At least having similar working experience
- At least 1-3 years Accounting Knowledge.
- At least have related working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal assist
- ️Require Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- ️Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- ️Willing to learn and good working attitude.
- ️Self-motivated and work independently under pressure.
- Able to work independently
- Fresh graduated candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Familiar with Autocount software (e.g. Auto Count)
- Handle in daily accounting task/data entry
- Handle/assist other department related to finance matter
- Liaise with client & customer on payment/invoicing matter
- Monitor cash flow /payment & receipt
- Handle with auditor when necessary
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and superior from time to time.
- Multitasking, commitment to work efficiently and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Other ad-hoc task as assigned
- Working late, through weekend or public holiday as and when require
