Requirements
- At least Fresh grade or SPM and above.
- Able to work in team and willing to learn.
- Able interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Manage basic bookkeeping duties.
- Able to work independent and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondences & following up on pending matters.
- To perform general clerical task & duties.
- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
- Analysis and reconciliation of accounts and preparation of ad-hoc reports.
- Verification on all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
- Compilation of daily collection report.
- Daily stock checking for warehouse and monthly van checking to salesman.
- Filling and maintain proper accounting records.
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
