Requirements
- SPM/Certificate / Diploma in accounting and similar capacity
- Required skill: Account payable, Account Receivable.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance
- General /cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full Time position
- Proficient in written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English is an added advantage.
- Can start work immediately
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing cheque, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle admin role and incoming call
- To issue invoice, stock take, chasing payment @ reply email.
