Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Manpower Recruitment are a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a sales consultant or in a similar role within the manpower recruitment industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  5. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to understand client needs, analyze requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  7. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team..
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target potential clients who require recruitment services, specifically in the area of manpower sourcing and staffing.
  2. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client requirements in the manpower recruitment sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including decision-makers, by understanding their recruitment needs and providing suitable solutions.
  4. Present the agency's services, capabilities, and value proposition to clients through effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  5. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of qualified candidates.
  6. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
  7. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts, to the management team.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws or regulations related to manpower recruitment.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process, addressing any client concerns or issues.
