Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years direct experience in related field
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance principles and procedures
- Analytical, resourceful, organised and able to work independently
- Self-disciplined, highly organized and work well under pressure
- Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, Quickbooks Online
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent analytical skills with capacity to interpret finance data and manage complexity
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts and monthly management accounts within tight deadlines.
- To prepare journal voucher, payment voucher, debit note and credit note related to general accounting.
- Handle debtor collections and ensure AR and AP by daily reconciliation.
- Prepare banking transaction and tally with the third party.
- Daily record keeping in quickbooks system.
- Management of company annual forms ad accounting audit.
- Be responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
- Managing the office and ensuring IT is well running on daily basis.
- Ensuring the all Filing, Documentation for Finance is up to date.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
