Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- To manage and handle accounts system.
- To handle and oversee monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily payment issuance, daily collection.
- To assist and coordinate annual audits.
- To submit and present management report as per dateline.
- To manage and monitor monthly ageing report.
- To handle any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
- To monitor day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
