Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven 3 years of working experience as Account and administrative roles
- Familiarity with local labor laws, government regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Review and process claims and reimbursements
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
- Handle company licensing and permits, including applications and renewals
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for documents, records, and contracts
- Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters
- Purchase and manage company assets and supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance activities
- Support the management team in various tasks like budgeting, taxes and as required
