Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Professional Certificates/Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent;
- Required languages: Mandarin, English (Verbal & Written);
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude;
- Fresh graduate are welcome;
- Able to work at TAMAN UNIVERSITI, SKUDAI
- Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm ; Sat 8.30am-1.00pm (Alternate)
Responsibilities
- Data entry, bookkeeping and filing of documents.
- Ensure all transaction entry accurately recorded into company accounting system.
- Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Handle & record petty cash & cash sales.
- Reconcile daily merchant transaction and credit card statement.
- Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and Management.
