Requirements
- Min 1-2 Years Experience (Preferably experience in full set of accounts)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Familiar with computers, and accounting software.
- Able to handle tasks confidently and independently with minimum of supervision
- With E-commerce background will be prioritized
- Willing to work in Chines Culture (We are Chines but we are friendly :D )
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial affairs of the company, including daily accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and more.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the company.
- Process employee monthly expenses claims & payroll OT record
- Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks
- Assist in the day-to-day operation, account, and admin activities
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
