Requirements
- Possess Part / Full LCCI, Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome as training will be provided
- Can speak in Mandarin and English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision (for Account Executive), hardworking, honest & mature
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualification
- Working experience in related field position will be added advantages.
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitudes, good team player, responsible, self-discipline, and dedicated to work.
- Capable to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Able to handle full set of account
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
- Perform outlet document checking
- Reconciliation of daily collection report
- Perform data entry on vendor invoices, staff claims and daily receipts
- Perform Account Payable, vendor commission, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc
- Attend to email / call enquiries on matters pertaining to payments and collections
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Assist with data entry, research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate data
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
