Yours Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth logistical execution of the events

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and part-time staff

• Prepare and organize event materials, including packing and logistics

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records for compliance purposes

• Provide administrative and operational support across all our events
