JOB PURPOSE - To support HQ operations by ensuring smooth administrative flow, accurate reporting, and coordination between HQ departments and all branches, enabling efficient execution of company operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ADMINISTRATION & COORDINATION
- Manage daily administrative tasks for HQ
- Coordinate communication between (HQ department & Branch Executives)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
2. REPORTING & DATA MANAGEMENT (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all branches.
- Ensure reports are accurate, submitted ontime, properly formatted.
- Prepare summary reports for operations, sales performance and KPI tracking
3. HQ SUPPORT FUNCTION
- Assist Finance team with basic admin support (invoices, documents)
- Assist Operations team with coordination and follow-ups
4.DOCUMENTATION & RECORD KEEPING
- Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical)
- Ensure all company documents are updated and organized
5.BRANCH SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UP
- Follow up with branches on daily report submission and operational updates
- Ensure all branches comply with HQ requirements
6.INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
- Prepare and distribute internal announcements, memos, notices
- Act as communication bridge between HQ and branches
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years in admin / operations support (preferred)
- Experience in multi-branch business is an advantage
- Strong organization & multitasking
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in : Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
