Full Time Program Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in TG Human Resource Services Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management / Project Management within EMS or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the program team to ensure successful execution of all program deliverables, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Manage end-to-end sales order process, including demand forecast alignment and purchase order monitoring.

• Oversee quotation activities, including pricing submission and customer claim management.

• Act as key liaison between customers and internal finance teams for invoicing, billing, and commercial transactions.

• Monitor tooling status and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure accurate and timely cost updates.

• Own Bill of Materials (BOM) cost compilation, analysis, and maintenance for all assigned products.

• Manage customer engagement on all commercial matters including cost negotiation, tooling, NRE charges, and product pricing agreements.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of BOM cost data into the system to support finance and business operations.

• Lead preparation and submission of bid tenders, RFQs, and new project quotations.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
