Key Duties and responsibilities
- Updating dates into SYSPRO (Company’s MRP System)
- Mainly updating of sales order and job orders dates
- Daily monitoring of shipment schedule
- Adjusting material allocations into SYSPRO
- Manage customer relationships for both existing and new accounts.
- Provide timely and thorough responses to customer’s requests.
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) and provide order acknowledgement to customers in a timely manner.
- Process changes orders and ensure quoted price and customer PO are aligned.
- Process and follow up on RFQ’s.
- Complete and submit customers’ open order report on time.
- Keep customers informed of updates and issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry and report processing for all the related customer documentation.
- Effectively communicate customer requests to other departments concerned.
- Follow department processes to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Proactively identify and escalate customer issues.
- Interface and co-operate with other departments to meet deadlines and expedite deliveries.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required/assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc related duties and assignments assigned from time to time.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel reporting

- Ability to multi-task, meticulous prioritize/manage multiple requests simultaneously.
