Key Accountabilities

The role is responsible to organize, directs and coordinates operations engineering function to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimize production potential to meet the production target in safe, cost-effective and timely manner.

1. Provide support to ensure safe operation of the installation and ensuring gas nominations are met.
2. Manage and plan strategically for Turnaround/Shutdown activities.
3. Control and implement operational procedures and plan.
4. Function as Emergency Management Team to manage onshore/offshore emergencies.
5. Supervise the planning, management and execution of planned shutdown activities efficiently without compromising HSE.
6. Set production KPIs and ensure achievement.
7. Produce ad-hoc studies to steer into lean operation model and new business model including new tie-ins, mature field management.
8. Experience in production reporting and hydrocarbon allocation and cost allocation mechanism.
9. Involvement in operations readiness and assurance plan for new tie-ins and review on existing facilities.
10. Oversee the ongoing development of offshore workpack/procedures and ensure all operation considerations are met.
11. Oversee the implementation of company's HSEMS in all aspects of operations.
12. Cross-functional integration on activities planning to support day-to-day safe and efficient production activities.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2. 8-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas operations
3. Familiar and solid knowledge in upstream oil and gas processing system.
4. Experience in preparations work program and budget (WP&B).
5. Understand the commercial inter-dependencies amongst upstream and downstreams stakeholders and customers.
6. Possess sound knowledge on oil and gas HSEMS, procedures and applicable standards / regulations.
7. Experience in project preparation and execution at site, on hydrocarbon management and allocation, and/or operations readiness and assurance (ORA) management.
