Job Description
- Manage the onboarding of RNF representatives, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF) through Fit & Proper assessments, ongoing monitoring, and continuous screening, including annual declarations.
- Review, assess, and escalate Fit & Proper cases in accordance with MAS RNF requirements, including cases involving adverse findings and recommended supervision measures.
- Manage administrative matters relating to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong familiarity with MAS guidelines, including the Representative Notification Framework (RNF), and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Fit & Proper assessments and enhanced monitoring protocols is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Resourceful, with a strong team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 day work week
- Permanent position
- Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm
