Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business workflow. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multitasking, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
Maintain proper filing system and documentation control
Perform data entry and update internal records accurately
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Assist in logistics and inventory-related administrative tasks
Support inter-department communication and workflow coordination
Ensure smooth office operations and assist in resolving issues when needed
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or office support role
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and in a team
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Knowledge in logistics or supply chain is an advantage
